Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When Patient calls or emails the Physician prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same day. If the patient calls or emails the Physician after noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule Patient’s appointment with Physician on the same or following normal office day.
Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When Patient calls or E-mails the Physician prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Thursday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same day. If the Patient calls or e-mails the Physician after noon on a normal office day (Monday through Thursday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule Patient’s appointment with the Physician on the following normal office day. In any event, however, Med Club shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient on the same day that the request is made.
Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When Patient contacts the Physician, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same day or the next business day.
Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When Patient calls or e-‐mails a Physician to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with a Physician within two business days.

You will be able to make same-day (or, where appropriate, next business day) appointments to see your Physician (or if your Physician is unavailable due to vacation or other reason, to see a covering physician or other health care provider), including appointments for non-urgent care, regardless of medical necessity.

In any event, however, RediMedi Clinic & House Calls, PLLC. shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient on the same day that the request is made.
Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When Patient calls or e-mails the Provider of Clinic on a normal office day, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Provider on the same day or on the following normal office day.
Same Day/Next Day Appointments. When a Patient contacts the Practice prior to noon on a regular office day to request a same-day appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule the Patient for that same day; or if this is not possible, Patient shall be scheduled for the following office day (subject to the limitations of paragraph 14).

When Patient calls the Physician prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an acute visit, and the Physician determines that a face-to-face visit is medically necessary, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same day or the next business day. If Patient calls or e-mails the Physician to schedule a non-acute visit, the PRACTICE shall make every reasonable effort to schedule an appointment for the Patient as soon as possible.
