Common use of Your Customer Content Clause in Contracts

Your Customer Content. You retain all rights to your Customer Content and are solely responsible for the Customer Content sent or transmitted by You or displayed or uploaded by You in using the Services and for compliance with all Laws pertaining to the Customer Content, including, but not limited to, Laws requiring You to obtain the consent of a third party to use the Customer Content and to provide appropriate notices of third-party rights. You hereby grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your Customer Content in order to provide and operate the Services. We will not view, access, or process any of your Customer Content, except: (x) as authorized or instructed by you or your users in this Agreement or in any other agreement between the parties, or (y) as required to comply with our policies, applicable law, or governmental request.
