Common use of You and/or the Clause in Contracts

You and/or the. Third Party accept that you/it will be liable for the payment of the Additional Goods/Services. Such Additional Goods/Services include payment for stationery, books, school tours, outings or any other Additional Goods/Services required by the School to provide your Child adequately with the educational services in terms of this Agreement. Any such Additional Amounts will be added to the School account, which will be payable by the end of each term. The School will not accept any up-front cash payments for the payment of the Additional Amounts.
