Common use of Year Six Goal(s) Clause in Contracts

Year Six Goal(s). Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, prior to March 1, 2010, Codexis shall provide a proposal to Shell for Program progress goal(s) to be achieved as of the sixth (6th) anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Year Six Goal(s)”).
