Xxxxxxxxx Allowance. 1. Workers permanently or indefinitely laid off who have one or more years of University seniority shall be entitled within three calendar days of actual layoff from University employment to a severance allowance based on the following provisions: SERVICE SEVERANCE 1 year but less than 2 .5 Month 2 Years but less than 4 1 Month 4 years but less than 7 2 Months 7 years but less than 10 3 Months 10 years but less than 12 4 Months 12 ears but less than 14 5 Months 14 years but less than 16 6 Months 16 years but less than 18 7 Months 18 years but less than 20 8 Months 20 years but less than 22 9 Months 22 years but less than 24 10 months 24 years but less than 26 11 months 26 years or more 12 months
