Xxxxxxxx Pay. 1. An employee who has completed at least one (1) year of compensated service with the Company prior to being laid off, through no fault or action of his own, shall receive furlough pay as provided by paragraph S.2 of this Article, paid as pay continuation, but shall not receive furlough pay if any one (1) or more of the following conditions exist:
