Xxxxxxx’s Commercial General Liability Insurance. Unless Grantee is a state agency or subdivision as defined by section 768.28(2), F.S., Grantee shall provide adequate commercial general liability insurance coverage and hold such liability insurance at all times during this Agreement. A self-insurance program established and operating under the laws of the State of Florida may provide such coverage.
