Common use of Xxxxxxx Trial Period Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Trial Period. An employee who accepts a permanent Xxxxxxx position will be on a trial period for three (3) months. Should the employee be unable to satisfy the Employer's work performance criteria during the trial period, he may be returned to his former position. Should the employee decide, during the trial period, that he does not want to continue as a Xxxxxxx, then he may return to his former position.
