When UWPD new employee orientation meetings are held, the Union will be allowed thirty (30) minutes of presentation time to speak to the employee(s) on matters concerning the rights of employees, responsibilities of the Union, and services available to the membership. The Union Business Representative will be notified of all new employee orientation meetings, and such notice will be provided no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the presentation date.
