Xxxxx’a Compliance it has confirmed that any relevant Initial Portfolio or Additional Portfolio (as the case may be) to be transferred to the relevant Purchaser on the relevant Closing Date, and any Additional Portfolio Assets to be transferred to the relevant Purchaser on a Settlement Date, comply in all material respects with Xxxxx’a principles as laid down by the IsDB Group Shariah Board.
