Programme Documents definition

Programme Documents means the Master Loans Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Warranty and Indemnity Agreement, the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement, the Programme Agreement, each Subscription Agreement, the Cover Pool Management Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Subordinated Loan Agreement, the Asset Monitor Agreement, the Covered Bond Guarantee, the Corporate Services Agreement, the Swap Agreements, the Mandate Agreement, the Quotaholders' Agreement, the Conditions, each Final Terms, the Deed of Charge, the Deed of Pledge, the Master Definitions Agreement and any other agreement entered into from time to time in connection with the Programme.
Programme Documents means all such documents.
Programme Documents means documents approved by the Managing Authority or Monitoring Committee, which are applicable to the Programme implementation;

Examples of Programme Documents in a sentence

  • The Parties agree to carry out their respective responsibilities in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, including the Programme Documents.

  • Programme Documents shall be signed by duly authorized representatives of the Parties.

Programme Documents means the Master Purchase Agreement, the Master Servicing Agent Agreement, the Purchase Undertaking Deed, the Master Trust Deed, the Sale Undertaking Deed, the Additional Portfolio Assets Sale Undertaking Deed, the Guarantee, the Agency Agreement and the Corporate Services Agreement;
Programme Documents means together, the Offshore Programme Documents, the PRC Programme Documents and the Programme Master Definitions Schedule.
