Sejauh diperbolehkan oleh hukum, ketentuan Konvensi PBB tentang Kontrak Penjualan Barang Internasional tidak akan berlaku, bahkan jika diadopsi menjadi bagian dari hukum dalam negeri negara yang hukumnya mengatur Perjanjian ini. Setiap klaim, kontroversi atau sengketa apa pun yang timbul akibat, atau berhubungan dengan, atau perihal validitas, interpretasi xxx/atau pelaksanaan Perjanjian ini, termasuk pelanggaran terhadap Perjanjian, akan diserahkan pada xxx akhirnya diputuskan oleh arbitrase di Singapura sesuai dengan Peraturan Arbitrase di Singapore International Arbitration Center ("Peraturan SIAC") yang pada saat itu berlaku, yang peraturannya dianggap dimasukkan sebagai referensi dalam klausul ini, dengan ketentuan, bahwa Red Hat dapat dengan kebijakannya sendiri, mengajukan setiap klaim atau sengketa (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada mencari putusan xxxx xxxxx rugi xxx/atau penyelesaian xxxx xxxx) xxxx xxxxxx dari, atau sehubungan dengan validitas, interpretasi xxx/atau pelaksanaan Perjanjian ini ke pengadilan xxx/atau otoritas administratif, di wilayah hukum mana pun, yang memiliki yurisdiksi atas pokok bahasan dari setiap klaim atau sengketa tersebut.
