Common use of Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act. All meetings of the Board of Directors of the Authority, without limitation, regular, adjourned regular, and special meetings, shall be called, noticed, held and conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act as set forth in Governmental Code Sections 54950 and following.
