Xx Right to Continued Service. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue as a Service Provider of the Company, the Partnership or any Subsidiary, or shall interfere with or restrict in any way the rights of the Company, the Partnership or any Subsidiary, which rights are hereby expressly reserved, to discharge the Participant at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.
Xx Right to Continued Service. Nothing in this Award Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate the Participant’s employment or service at any time, for any reason and with or without cause.
Xx Right to Continued Service. Nothing in this Award Notice guarantees your continued service as an Employee, Director or other service provider of the Company or any of its Affiliates or interferes in any way with the right of the Company or its Affiliates to terminate your status as an Employee, Director or other service provider at any time.
Xx Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, consultant or Director of SSC or a Subsidiary. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of SSC or a Subsidiary to terminate the Participant’s service or employment at any time, with or without Good Cause.
Xx Right to Continued Service. Nothing in this Award Agreement or the Plan shall be interpreted or construed to confer upon the Participant any right with respect to continued employment or service with the Company or any of its Affiliates, nor shall this Award Agreement or the Plan interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any Affiliate to terminate the Participant’s employment or service at any time.
Xx Right to Continued Service. The granting of the Option shall impose no obligation on the Company or any Affiliate to continue the Service of the Participant and shall not lessen or affect any right that the Company or any Affiliate may have to terminate the Service of the Participant.
Xx Right to Continued Service. The issuance of the Shares does not confer upon Grantee any right to continue as an Employee or Director of, or Consultant to, the Company or an Affiliate, nor does it limit in any way the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate Grantee’s employment or other relationship with the Company or an Affiliate, at any time, with or without cause.
Xx Right to Continued Service. The granting of the Restricted Stock Units shall impose no obligation on the Company or any Affiliate to continue the Service of the Participant and shall not lessen or affect any right that the Company or any Affiliate may have to terminate the Service of the Participant.

Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, consultant, advisor or Nonemployee Director of the Company. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s employment or service at any time for any reason.
Xx Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan, this Master Frame Agreement or any Award Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an employee, consultant or director of the Company. Further, nothing in the Plan, this Master Frame Agreement or Award Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service at any time, with or without Cause.
