XOMA. For each Product in a particular Future Indication which XOMA has Opted Out of pursuant to Section 7.1, XOMA shall have the right to Opt Back In to such Product in such Future Indication upon completion of a successful Phase II Study for such Product in such Future Indication under the following terms and conditions:
