Common use of Written Report Clause in Contracts

Written Report. The Contractor shall provide a written report of the investigation to the DSH Program Contract Manager, the DSH Privacy Officer, and the DSH Chief Information Security Officer as soon as practicable after the discovery of the breach or security incident. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the information specified above, as well as a complete, detailed corrective action plan, including information on measures that were taken to halt and/or contain the breach or security incident, and measures to be taken to prevent the recurrence or further disclosure of data regarding such breach or security incident.
