Common use of Written Materials Clause in Contracts

Written Materials. The Master Licensee agrees to develop and use in connection with its Master License business only such written materials, training manuals and supplies which comply with the Licensor’s standards and specifications. Unless provided to the Master Licensee in the language in dominant use in the Licensed Territory, the Master Licensee shall pay all costs of translation for such written materials and training manuals as may be necessary for use in the Licensed Territory.
