Wraparound Services. High Fidelity Wraparound Services - The Wraparound Services model delivers services to children and families who are Medi-Cal beneficiaries with severe and multiple problems often being served by multiple agencies. Wraparound services includes treatment services, personal support services, and any other support necessary to maintain the child/youth in the family home or at the lowest level of appropriate care. Services are delivered/developed through an interagency collaborative approach that includes family participation and the family as an active team member.
