Workweek/Workday. The regular workweek shall be from 12:01 a.m. Sunday to 12:01 a. m. the following Sunday. The regular workday shall consist of either eight (8) or ten (l0) hour work days, Monday through Friday, with a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid lunch period or a paid lunch period of not more than twenty (20) minutes. The parties realize that proper public service may require separate department and job scheduling, and changing lunch periods to cover unforeseen situations.
