Common use of Workshop/In-Service Clause in Contracts

Workshop/In-Service. With the recommendation of the immediate supervisor and approval of the Executive Director for Human Resources, the employee may be allowed to attend in-service meetings/workshops that are designed to update skills that are related to unit work for that employee.
