Common use of Working Time Clause in Contracts

Working Time. The weekly working hours for the Employee are at least 42 hours per week. The Employee shall work extra hours and overtime, if required and to the extent such work can reasonably be expected in good faith. The Base Salary as defined in Section 4.a hereunder includes any and all remuneration for such overtime, and the Employee shall have no entitlement to additional compensation for such overtime, whether in cash nor in kind.
