Working on weekly Off and holidays. The Contractors deploying their employees on weekly/holidays shall submit the list of such labour in a prescribed format indicating therein the date of compensatory to be availed duly certified by the concerned department head three days' prior to the weekly off/holiday to the Contract Cell for onwards transmission to the Dy. Director of Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH). (14)
