WORKING HOURS AND SCHEDULES. Section 1. The normal work week for employees shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, inclusive; provided, however, that a regular Tuesday through Saturday work week may be established by the Employer in the manner prescribed in Article X hereof for not more than three (3) employees in the bargaining unit.
