WORKING CONDITIONS AND PAST PRACTICES. 207. Notwithstanding any language in this agreement or in the Memorandum of Accord (MOA) between the parties, the parties agree that the work practices and conditions for employees assigned to the Sheriff's Department shall conform to those of the members represented by the Deputy Sheriffs’ Association, as set forth in the Sheriff's Policies and Procedures Manual, except for those policies and procedures applicable only to those holding peace officer status. The City provided those policies and procedures to the Union on May 11, 2006, and they are incorporated herein by reference. Nothing contained in those policies and procedures is made grievable by incorporation herein.

  • WORKING CONDITIONS 10.01 The Union will co-operate with the Employer in maintaining good working conditions.

  • Safe Working Conditions The Employer undertakes to maintain office furniture, equipment, etc., in a practical and safe condition in order to avoid injury to employees or damage to their attire. Employees, for their part and in their own interest, are expected to advise the Employer of any such potentially injurious equipment.

  • GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. To maximize the likelihood of success, each school must be permitted to implement programs that meet the needs of its students and community. Through a school-based decision-making process, each school will define the staff working conditions necessary for student success. School leadership teams will create and publish annual “school operational plans” which will outline working conditions of staff in the building. Such operational plans will be subject to the Superintendent’s review and approval.

  • Existing Conditions Tenant accepts the Property in its condition as of the execution of the Lease, subject to all recorded matters, laws, ordinances, and governmental regulations and orders.
