Workforce Planning and Development Coordination and Implementation Structure. Workforce planning and development activity will be coordinated across the regions and the two trust funds through an integrated national, regional (and, if appropriate, facility) workforce development team structure. The activity will include: » workforce forecasting, analysis and strategies; » development of systems to support forecasting, tracking and data collection at all levels; » Workforce Planning and Development Team setup, orientation and support; » filling workforce development positions; » facilitation of the sharing of successful practices across regions; » updating the Workforce Planning and Development communication plan to include information about the education trusts, existing career paths and new opportunities for training and education; and » leveraging UBTs, LMP councils and joint management/xxxxxxx trainings to communicate training and education opportunities.
