Worked Holiday. A full-time, part-time, or per diem employee who works on a traditional holiday shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the employee's regular rate of pay plus any applicable shift differential for all hours worked on the holiday. The Hospital shall rotate holiday work among employees to the extent possible. December 24, 3:00 p.m. to December 25, 11:00 p.m. shall be the Christmas holiday and December 31, 3:00 p.m. to January 1, 3:00 p.m. shall be the New Year's holiday. Thanksgiving and other traditional holidays begin at 11:00 p.m. the day before and end at 11:00 p.m. the day of the traditional holiday.
