WORK ZONE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN. All traffic control shall conform to the latest version of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Contractor must maintain access to all residential and commercial properties at all times unless otherwise agreed upon by the engineer in writing. At least one lane of traffic will remain open at all times unless otherwise agreed upon by the engineer in writing.
