Common use of Work Shoes Clause in Contracts

Work Shoes. The Town will reimburse each employee for up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) per calendar year for steel-toed safety work shoes or work boots. The employee will choose the shoe/boot. All required corresponding receipts must be submitted to the Superintendent of Highways prior to reimbursement.
