Work Accouterments Sample Clauses

The Work Accouterments clause defines the requirements and responsibilities regarding the tools, equipment, and materials necessary for performing work under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether the employer or the contractor is responsible for providing items such as uniforms, safety gear, computers, or specialized instruments needed for the job. By clearly allocating responsibility for work-related accouterments, the clause helps prevent disputes over costs and ensures that all parties understand their obligations, thereby supporting efficient and safe job performance.
