Work Load – Laboratory Instructors. Individuals with an associate, baccalaureate or advanced degree may be employed as laboratory instructors. The work load for laboratory instructors will be thirty (30) hours per week, plus four (4) student conference hours per week. Laboratory instructors shall enjoy all rights and privileges of this contract.
