Common use of WORK CATEGORIES Clause in Contracts

WORK CATEGORIES. P2.01 There shall be three (3) categories of work. (a) Full-time: a position performed for more than ten (10) continuous months; (b) Part-time: work in a classification which normally entails a maximum of thirty (30) hours per week. (c) Temporary: a position performed for less than ten (10) continuous months.
