Track Inspector Sample Clauses

Track Inspector. An employee who generally patrols, tests, and inspects track and roadbed in complianc e with DM&E and Federal protocols, regulations, and standards, and performs any duties incidental thereto including assignment of work. Track Inspectors may perform any other work for which qualified.
Track Inspector. Inspects track and appurtenances of or for the Carrier in accordance with applicable regulations and records findings. May perform maintenance and repairs consistent with their responsibility and equipment. Maintains records as required.
Track Inspector. An employe assigned the responsibility for the proper inspection of the tracks, roadway and right-of- way on his Bridge and Building Inspector. An employe responsible for inspecting buildings and bridges and other structures.

The Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that its sub-grantees and/or subcontractors issued under this Agreement, if any, impose this requirement, in writing, on its sub-grantees and/or subcontractors, respectively.
