Common use of Work Boots Clause in Contracts

Work Boots. The Employer shall provide up to seventy five Dollars ($75) per year reimbursement upon receipt for the cost of protective work boots for part-time employees, one hundred dollars ($100) for full-time employees requiring boots under WCB. Work boots which are destroyed in the course of duties shall be replaced at the Employer's expense.

Work Boots. The Effective December 8th, 2011, the Employer shall provide up to seventy five Dollars one hundred dollars ($75100) per year reimbursement upon receipt for the cost of protective work boots for part-time employees, one hundred and twenty five dollars ($100125) for full-time employees requiring boots under WCB. Work boots which are destroyed in the course of duties shall be replaced at the Employer's expense.
