Witnesses and Jury Duty. An employee who has been subpoenaed to appear in Court as a witness or a juror on a working day, during regular hours of work, shall be allowed the required time off without loss of pay at the employee’s regular rate of pay, provided that any wage replacement or conduct money, exclusive of traveling expenses, paid to the employee for such an appearance is given to the Employer. Employees are required to provide court supplied documentation in order to receive payment for the absence.
