XxXxx’x rights under clause 9, the Buyer acknowledges that Xxxx-XxXxx shall have the right to make at its own expense and retain copies of any of the Asset Data and the Asset Documents, subject to the same being maintained in confidence in accordance with the provisions of clause 15.
