Wiring and Terminals. Except as interrupted by the master disconnect switch, battery and starter wiring shall be continuous cables, grouped, numbered, and/or color-coded with connections secured by bolted terminals; and shall conform to specification requirements of SAE Standard J1127-Type GXL and SAE Recommended Practice J541. All manufacturer wiring shall be type SXL, major suppliers harnesses may be GXL or TXL. All power and ground wiring shall have double electrical insulation, shall be waterproof, and shall conform to specification requirements of SAE Recommended Practice J1127, J1128 and J1292. Double insulation shall be maintained as close to the junction box, electrical compartment, or terminals as possible. Wiring harnesses shall not contain wires of different voltage classes unless all wires within the harness are insulated for the highest voltage present in the harness. Kinking, grounding at multiple points, stretching, and exceeding minimum bend radius shall be prevented. Strain-relief fittings shall be provided at points where wiring enters all electrical compartments. Grommets or other protective material shall be installed at points where wiring penetrates metal structures outside of electrical enclosures. Wiring supports shall be protective and non-conductive at areas of wire contact and shall not be damaged by heat, water, solvents, or chafing. Wiring connections shall not be located in environmentally exposed locations under the Trolley. Wiring and electrical equipment necessarily located under the Trolley shall be insulated from water, heat, corrosion, and mechanical damage. Front to rear electrical harnesses shall be installed above the window line. All wiring harnesses over six feet long and containing at least five wires shall include 10% (minimum one [1]) excess wires for spares. This requirement for spare wires does not apply to data links and/or communication cables. Wiring length shall allow end terminals to be replaced twice without pulling, stretching, or replacing the wire. Except for large wires such as battery cables, terminals shall be crimped according to connector manufacturer’s recommendations for techniques and tools to the wiring and may be soldered only if the wire is not stiffened above the terminal and no flux residue remains on the terminal.   • Xxxx and Termination This AGREEMENT is effective upon execution of the Implementation Letter by both parties to the covered clinical training experience(s) and will continue indefinitely or until terminated.   • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • Contract Term and Termination 4.1. This Contract is concluded for 1 (one) year with the possibility of being automatically extended for new 1- year successive periods, under the same contractual conditions, unless any of the parties express their intention not to extend the Contract at least 30 days prior to its expiry.

The Dealer Manager shall use its reasonable best efforts to cooperate with the Company to accomplish any orderly transfer of management of the Offering to a party designated by the Company. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Company shall pay to the Dealer Manager all earned but unpaid compensation and reimbursement for all incurred, accountable compensation to which the Dealer Manager is or becomes entitled under Section 5 of this Agreement, including but not limited to any Distribution Fees, pursuant to the requirements of that Section 5 at such times as such amounts become payable pursuant to the terms of such Section 5 without acceleration; provided, however, that if the Minimum Offering is not reached prior to such expiration or termination, the Company shall not pay any such compensation and reimbursements to the Dealer Manager.
