Whenever Bargaining. Unit Members are invited but not required to participate in activities not 46 covered by either 1 or 2 above, or by the Collective Bargaining Agreement, they shall be paid 47 an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour. This hourly rate shall also apply to those teachers 48 volunteering for the Summer School Program.
