Wheelchairs and Other Assistive. Devices - For domestic travel only, the baggage limitations of liability set forth in this Rule do not apply to claims for loss, damage or delay concerning wheelchairs or other assistive devices. Liability for a lost or irreparably damaged wheelchair or other assistive device will be the original purchase price of the device, or where repairable, the actual cost of repair. Documentary proof is required from the Passenger for any claim for damages, loss or repair. CO has the right to inspect and document any pre-existing damage prior to acceptance of wheelchairs or other assistive devices as Checked Baggage. The notice and claim requirements of this Rule do apply.
