Common use of Western Power’s insurances Clause in Contracts

Western Power’s insurances. (a) Subject to clause 21.2(b), Western Power must obtain and maintain insurance, commencing from the Commencement Date, covering those matters, on the terms and basis, and for the amounts referred to in Part 2 of Schedule 5.
