Weighment. The weight of the bags of food grains etc. loaded /unloaded into/ from trucks / Vessels or any other vehicle shall be worked out on the basis of cent percent weighment. The representative of the Bidder shall be present at the time of checking of the weights at the loading/unloading points etc. The General Manager, FCI will be the sole Authority for determining the quantum of loss which shall be binding on the Bidder.
