Common use of Weekly Rates Clause in Contracts

Weekly Rates. Determine the equivalent hourly rate by dividing the established weekly rate by the number of hours comprehended by the weekly rate. The amount of the cost-of-living allowance multiplied by the number of hours comprehended by the weekly rate shall be added to the weekly rate produced by application of Part 1.
