Wedding Leave. (a) The Employer shall grant an employee 3 consecutive working days to a maximum of 22.5 hours off without loss of regular pay during the week immediately prior to or following her marriage subject to five (5) weeks written notice in advance. (b) Up to 1 day to attend the wedding of a parent, brother, sister or child, if it falls on a scheduled work day.
