Water Quality Assessment Report. 10 CONSULTANT will prepare a Water Quality Assessment Report to address the project impacts on water quality 11 based on current County guidelines (Colorado River MS4 Permit Program). The report will discuss receiving 12 water conditions, objectives, and beneficial uses, as well as standard best management practices (BMPs) and 13 project design features required in accordance with the current COUNTY standards. Additionally, compliance 14 with the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) requirements from the WQCB, in 15 accordance with the NPDES general construction activity storm water discharge permit, will be identified.
