Waste Removal. Tenant shall not allow any refuse, garbage or any loose or objectionable material to accumulate in or about the Premises and will at all times keep the Premises in a clean and neat condition. Tenant shall comply with Landlord's regulations respecting the removal of waste and Tenant shall at its own expense removal all waste from the Premises. Until removed from the Premises, all waste from the Premises shall be kept in appropriate containers.

Waste Removal.
