WAIVER OF PET FEE. A waiver of pet fee will occur if and only if you are required to have a qualified animal residing with you consistent with the guidelines contained in federal or state law, including, but not limited to the Federal Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, or Rehabilitation Act of 1973, If you assert that your qualifying animal is necessary, you will be required to provide documentation from a licensed physician and/or licensed therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist evidencing your protected disability and that the service animal serves a function relating to your protected disability.

  • Waiver of Provisions Any waiver of any terms and conditions hereof must be in writing and signed by the parties hereto.   • Waiver of Damages In no event shall Lender be liable to Borrower for punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, whatever the nature of a breach by Lender of its obligations under this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents, and Borrower waives all claims for punitive, exemplary or consequential damages.
