Discharge/waiver of liabilities. The discharge or waiver of any liability of the supplementary cardmember for any reason will not prejudice or affect the undertakings, liabilities and obligations of the basic cardmember or our rights and remedies against the basic cardmember and vice-versa provided always that the respective liabilities of the basic cardmember and the supplementary cardmember will only be to the extent as provided herein.

  • Discharge of Liabilities Liabilities of the Partnership include amounts owed to Partners otherwise than in respect of their distribution rights under Article VI. With respect to any liability that is contingent, conditional or unmatured or is otherwise not yet due and payable, the Liquidator shall either settle such claim for such amount as it thinks appropriate or establish a reserve of cash or other assets to provide for its payment. When paid, any unused portion of the reserve shall be distributed as additional liquidation proceeds.

  • Waiver of Liability Seller hereby waives, acquits, and forever releases, and agrees to defend and hold harmless, the Agency, its officer(s), director(s), employee(s), contractor(s), associate(s), and representative(s) from any responsibility or liability whatsoever concerning any photos or videos generated from the Photographic Services or their distribution.
