Common use of Waiver of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Confidentiality. Each of the SPV, the Master Servicer and Arrow hereby consents to the disclosure, solely for the purposes related to the Transaction Documents and the transactions contemplated thereby, of any non-public information with respect to it received by the Administrative Agent, any Funding Agent, or any Investor to any other Investor or potential Investor, the Administrative Agent, any nationally recognized statistical rating organization rating a Conduit Investor’s Commercial Paper, any dealer or placement agent of or depositary for such Conduit Investor’s Commercial Paper, its administrator, any Program Support Provider or any of such Person’s counsel or accountants in relation to this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
