Survival of Confidentiality. The obligations under this section shall continue for three (3) years from the termination/expiration of this Agreement.
Survival of Confidentiality. The undertakings and representations made above shall survive the Closing Date and shall expire for all purposes in the date numerically corresponding to the Closing Date in the twelfth month after the Closing Date.
Survival of Confidentiality. Except for Confidential Information that the Contracting Parties have identified in writing to Hospital as being commercially sensitive, in which case the obligations of Section 5.1 to Section 5.5 inclusive shall continue, the obligations in Section 5.1 to Section 5.5, inclusive, will cease on the date that is three (3) years after the Total Completion of the Project.
Survival of Confidentiality. The obligations of this Section 13 with respect to Confidential Information shall continue during the term of this Agreement and for 10 years after the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Survival of Confidentiality. This Section 4.5 shall survive the Closing to the extent provided above and shall survive in the event this Agreement is terminated prior to Closing.
Survival of Confidentiality. The provisions of this Section 6 will be effective as of the date of this Agreement and remain in full force and effect for a period which will be the longer of (i) one (1) year following the date of this Agreement, or (ii) one (1) year from the termination of all Service hereunder.

All obligations of confidentiality and non-use imposed upon the Parties under this Agreement shall continue indefinitely until such time as the information that is subject to such obligations no longer comprises Confidential Information under one of the exceptions set forth in Section 6.1.
