Payments by the Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a Bank Investor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Agent on behalf of the Bank Investors shall be paid by the Agent to the Bank Investors (at their respective accounts specified in their respective Assignment and Assumption Agreements) in accordance with their respective related pro rata interests in the Net Investment on the Business Day received by the Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to the Bank Investors on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to the Bank Investors in accordance with their respective related pro rata interests in the Net Investment not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a Committed Investor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Agent or a Managing Agent on behalf of the Investors shall be paid to the applicable Managing Agent or Investors pro rata in accordance with amounts then due on the Business Day received, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the applicable agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Agent. 26.3.1 Save as otherwise provided herein, each payment received by the Agent pursuant to Clause 26.2 (Payments to the Agent) shall:

All amounts received by the Agent on behalf of the Investors shall be paid by the Agent to the Investors (at their respective accounts specified in their respective Assignment and Assumption Agreements) on the Business Day received by the Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to the Investors on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to the Investors not later than the following Business Day. All amounts received by the Agent hereunder on behalf of the Investors shall be allocated among the Related Groups in accordance with Sections 2.5 and/or 2.6, as applicable. For purposes of the foregoing, the Agent shall be deemed to be a member of the Related Group that includes Paradigm.
Payments by the Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a specific Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Agent on behalf of the Lenders shall be paid by the Agent to the Lenders in accordance with their Pro Rata Shares in the applicable Advances Outstanding, or if there are no Advances Outstanding in accordance with their most recent Commitments, on the Business Day received by the Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to each Lender on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Lender not later than the following Business Day. The Agent shall pay amounts owing to each Lender in accordance with the written instructions delivered by such Lender to the Agent.
Payments by the Agent. Unless specifically allocated to an Alternate Investor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Agent on behalf of the Alternate Investors shall be paid by the Agent to the related Class Agent (for distribution by such Class Agent to the related Alternate Investors), pro rata in accordance with their respective Class Pro Rata Shares on the Business Day received by the Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon (New York City time) on such Business Day, in which case the Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to the related Class Agents on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to the related Class Agents not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Agent. Save as otherwise provided herein, each payment received by the Agent pursuant to Clause 25.1 (Payments to the Agent) shall be made available by the Agent to the person entitled to receive such payment in accordance with this Agreement (in the case of a Bank, for the account of its Facility Office) for value the same day by transfer to such account of such person with such bank in the principal financial centre of the country of the currency of such payment as such person shall have previously notified to the Agent.
Payments by the Agent. Save as otherwise provided herein, each payment received by the Agent for the account of another person pursuant to clause 20.2 shall be made available by the Agent (subject, without any liability therefor, for delays outside the Agent's control in crediting cleared funds) to such other person (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its Facility Office) for value the same day (provided that such payment has been received by the Agent by no later than 12.00 noon) by transfer to such account of such person with such bank in the principal financial centre of the country of the currency of such payment as such person shall have previously notified to the Agent or (in the case of a Borrower) in the agreed currency denomination to the account of that Borrower specified in the Utilisation Notice.
Payments by the Agent. The provisions of this Section 7.06 shall apply to any payment made by the Agent to the Lenders under this Agreement:
