Wage Matrix. There shall be a twelve step (our current contract language) wage matrix to be created by the department’s Administrative Sergeant in cooperation with the Director of Administration and Finance. Said Matrix shall take into account former Article XIV, “longevity increases”. Said matrix shall be attached hereto and incorporated by reference, and shall serve as authority for establishing the base wage of all police officers. The wage matrix is attached to this contract.

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing iNetworks traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Salary Schedule Placement All bargaining unit employees will have their base salaries set on the following salary schedule based on their years of service in their current job title and band. All employees who have been in their current job title and band for six or more years will have their base salaries set at the market salaries identified in the schedule for their job titles and band assignments. No employee will suffer a reduction in salary as a result of the pay schedule’s implementation.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract.   • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Progress Schedule The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.
